Dealing with them can be hectic and difficult; I speak from experience when I say this as I have my own little demonic sister.

Firstly, when they are trying to wind you up, you need to just walk away or pretend that it is not having any effect on you. When they see that you are not getting frustrated they will probably just give up and go back to their toys.

Every once in a while you might want to try giving in and doing what ever it is they want you to do (although not all the time as they will never leave you alone) so if they want to play a game then just give them 10 minutes of a game if the promise to leave you alone afterward.

Be one step ahead of them: If they move all of your things, then put them in a secret place that only you know about or if they keep going into your room, put a camera near the entrance and put it on record, that way if they come in to your room you will have evidence to present to your parents.

If you still struggle with your siblings, then it may be a good idea to talk to your parents about it and see what advice they can give you or if they can tell your brother/sister to stop. You must make sure that you do not physically hurt them (raging hormones or not) because then they will just tell your parents and it will be you in trouble instead of them. Also you want a good relationship with your brother/sister you must make sure that they respect you instead of fear you, but you must always make sure that they know that you are the one in control.

Lastly try doing something for them. If they see that you can be nice to them it may change their view of you and how they treat you. Even if it has no effect you haven't lost anything by trying it.
